Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

3.5 Account Suspension by Player

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

4.5 Rejected or Reversed Transactions

If the resulting balance is negative, you will be required to settle the outstanding amount before further withdrawals are permitted.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds awarded by cb899 are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the Bonus Funds (and, in some cases, any winnings generated from them) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal request can be approved. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used or do not meet wagering requirements within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be automatically removed from the Player's Account balance. cb899 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the promotion terms.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions

cb899 may run time-limited promotions during significant Indonesian cultural events and public holidays, including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Chinese New Year (Imlek), Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi. All such promotions will be subject to their own terms published at the time of launch. cb899 does not guarantee that any specific promotion will be offered in any given year.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

6.5 Void Bets

A bet or wager may be voided by cb899 where it was placed on the basis of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game configuration; where the event to which it relates has been cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play to produce a valid result; or where cb899 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by cb899

cb899 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions or in a manner that poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the platform.

12.2 Termination by cb899

cb899 may permanently close an Account where a Player has committed a material breach of these Terms & Conditions that is not remediable, where required to do so by a competent regulatory authority, or where the Player has been found to have engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct. Upon permanent closure, any balance of legitimately deposited and wagered funds (excluding Bonus Funds and voided winnings) will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any investigation.

12.3 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting cb899 support. Voluntary account closure requests made under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are irreversible for the duration of the self-exclusion period chosen. Standard voluntary closures may be reversed upon request after a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.

Governing Law
